This Wellness Day is a gift of love, created to honor and nurture mothers, mentors, caregivers, and guiding women in our lives. Whether you have a mother, have lost one, or never had that connection, this event embraces the spirit of motherly love in all its beautiful expressions. It is a peaceful mini retreat with soothing practices designed to relax and restore, led by experienced practitioners. Held in a breathtaking venue with serene surroundings, it's a chance to step away from the everyday and an opportunity for deep relaxation. Give the gift of time, space, and self-care in a truly special setting.

11:45 - Tai Chi (1h)

12:45 - Lunch Break (We will have lunch, dessert and hot drinks for sale)

14:00 - Yoga Nidra + Meditation (1h)

15:15 - Gong Bath / Sound Healing (1,5h)

16:45 - Finish

Kundalini Yoga – A dynamic blend of movement, breath work, and mantra designed to awaken inner energy and enhance emotional resilience. This practice helps mothers reconnect with their strength, boost vitality, and cultivate a sense of peace.

 

Tai Chi – A meditative movement practice that promotes balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Its slow, flowing motions help mothers release tension, improve posture, and cultivate mindfulness—perfect for restoring energy and resilience.

 

Yoga Nidra – Also known as ‘yogic sleep,’ this deeply restorative practice allows mothers to experience full-body relaxation, reducing stress and improving sleep. It’s a perfect reset, helping to replenish energy and promote emotional well-being.

 

Gong Bath – Immersing in the sounds of gongs promotes deep relaxation and stress relief. The resonance of the gong works on a cellular level, supporting emotional release and restoring balance—ideal for busy mothers in need of a reset.
