This day is for everyone - people of all ages, genders, and ethnicities - because wellness is universal and should be accessible to all.

Take a day for yourself to explore practices that inspire relaxation, balance, and inner peace. From mindful movement like yoga and tai chi to moments of stillness with breath work and meditation, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect, recharge, and realign your mind, body, and soul.

Our carefully chosen venues not only provide a welcoming space for these activities but also support the local community with creche, support groups, a community canteen offering free meal, food bank, and a safe space for everyone. By joining us, you’re also supporting several small businesses, helping the local economy, and uplifting the community.

Immerse yourself in an atmosphere where you can discover the calming effects of sound healing, find joy in community singing, or simply pause and reflect in a space dedicated to your self-care. Each Wellness Day offers a unique combination of experiences, tailored to help you find harmony and renewal.​​​​​​​​
