WHAT IS WHAT
Kundalini Yoga is a magical science that uses sound, mantra, energy healing, exercises and meditations to release trauma from the energetic body, which surrounds the physical body. Kundalini Yoga helps us recognize that abundance is our birthright and living from our hearts is the surest path to prosperity
“When the breath is still, so is the mind.” this basic yoga concept tells us that, with breathing, we can help to either calm or excite the entire nervous system. When the breath becomes irregular and unsteady, so is our mental state.
Creative Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow Yoga invites you to explore creative sequences flowing from one pose to another as you sync the movement with the breath. Expect to be challenged and inspired by a dynamic feel-good-flow that will get your energy moving and keep your mind grounded bringing it back to the body, the breath and the present moment. The session will conclude with a relaxing meditative savasana allowing the practice to settle down in the body and the mind.

In this mindful break come to meet yourself as you are and welcome your mind as it is - worried or happy, restless or still, loud or quiet, or anything in between.
Using the breath as the anchor for your practice, explore the release and spaciousness that comes when you let things go by letting them be.
Freedom in Movement
This is a new approach combining elements of contemporary dance, somatic studies and mindfulness meditation where you are free to explore your own movements, your own way. More than a means to keep fit, it allows you to tap into your creativity so that your approach to life is more playful and resourceful.
Gong baths are an excellent remedy for stress related issues, depression, fatigue, addictions, anger and hostility, feelings of fear, separation and loneliness along with many other conditions related to the lack of balance and harmony in the body. In conclusion, a gong bath allows your entire body to relax, renew and rejuvenate.
